Presented at Doha Fire Station, Qatar Gallery 3 From 15 June to 17 August 2024 Etheralscape is an immersive art installation by Dr. AlKhuzama AlHarami and Guillaume Rouseré that merges the art of image and sound and delves into the interaction between nature and modern society. As visitors step into the space, they will be immersed in a sensory experience that combines captivating video projects of desert landscapes and calligraphy, with immersive soundscapes drawn from desert field recordings and other evocative sounds. An interactive wall allow the visitor to morph sonically and visually the space reinforcing the notion of the Anthropocene notion of the installation. The exhibition provides a peaceful escape for meditation which provides the opportunity to relax and take a break from the noise and stress of daily life.
