Project presented at UNESCO HQ in Paris, France during the conference “Education Under Attack” commissioned by Education Above All (NGO).

Sound Sculpture performing a sound composition supporting the fight against attacks on education . It is also a tribute to the resilience of scholars and educators in times of advertisity.

The artpiece comprise of 2 elements. The aural component is a sound composition featuring audio extracred from media documentation of the work of Education Above All. This is transmitted to the listeners by the Sonic Sails that symbolically represents the artists hope that community and unity will bring winds of change for the over 600 millions children and adolescents worldwide unable to attain minimum proficeincy level in reading and mathematics (source Unicef).
